Nick Payne

Nick, a Southern Maryland native, is a graduate of Baltimore International College with a degree in Culinary Arts. He and his wife, Emily, have been married for over 20 years. At Crossroads, Nick oversees youth & young adult ministries, provides primary leadership for Pathway to Legacy, proctors DOVE Global Leadership & Ministry School, and serves as the church’s liaison with Beacon Hill Counseling. In addition, he serves as the DOVE USA Youth Director, supporting our network of churches across the USA.
