Nick and Emily Payne, married for over 20 years, have been dedicated members of Crossroads for 12 years, serving as elders. They are passionate about inspiring and equipping youth and young adults to lead lives surrendered to Christ, grounded in their identity as beloved. With dedication and enthusiasm, they also lead the DOVE USA Youth Team, focusing on discipleship and nurturing the next generation of leaders. Additionally, they have co-authored a book, The Secret Place of Devotion.
