A native of Winchester, Pastor Billy spent his formable years both in Pennsylvania and VA Beach, eventually returning to Winchester and graduating from John Handley High School. After graduating from both ODU and WVU in mechanical engineering, he worked for a local manufacturing facility in various managerial roles. He and his wife, Paula, have been married for over 34 years and have two daughters and one son-in-law.
As Executive Pastor, Billy supports various ministries and is the lead elder of Worship.
